Maycast-Nokes has submitted its entry into the National Apprenticeship ‘Employer of the Year’ Awards 2016.

The awards are open to companies of all sizes and champions employers who can showcase their commitment and contribution to apprenticeships.

The very best ‘Employer of the Year category’ entries will feature in the prestigious Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list.

Apprenticeships have always been at the very heart of Maycast-Nokes and since 2003, 31 students have completed work/training courses whilst working at the company.

Our official apprenticeship programme was commissioned in 2012 and in that time 100% of students who completed their studies have gone on to full-time employment with us.

To announce our entry into the 2016 awards, some of our current apprentices have put together a short video, recreating the official UK ‘Apprenticeships’ logo as a sand mold, into which gunmetal is poured…
