Maycast-Nokes' charity football match and fundraising evening was a huge success, raising £2180 for The Edith Borthwick School. The money will go towards a New Soft Play Sensory Bus. The bus will be a high-tech, multi-sensory playroom with soft play equipment, specialist lighting and interactive play elements and will become an integral part of the school program which the community can utilise as well.
The weather was on our side and a large turnout from the community ensured that the BBQ and raffle were a huge success. Thank you to all who contributed to the evening and to Transporter Engineering for a great game of football.
