Maycast-Nokes is pleased to announce the successful management buyout of Maycast-Nokes. The team comprising of Steve Wallings (Managing Director), Dave Blower (Sales Director) and Derek Redgwell (Finance Director) completed the transaction on Thursday 5th December 2019. The previous shareholder's Colin Richer and Lyn Richer have now retired after being involved with the company since 1982.

The transition guarantees the continued independence of Maycast-Nokes giving our employees stability for the future and our customers the security that our commitment to supply high-quality castings remains unchanged.
